System Policies

Firstly: Refund Policy

Refund Period:

Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the activation date, provided the system has not been extensively used (e.g., uploading data, generating extensive reports, or activating additional paid features).

Refund Conditions:

  • The refund request must be accompanied by a clear and justified reason.
  • The request will be reviewed within 5 business days, and the customer will be informed of the decision via email.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer, after deducting any bank transfer or electronic transaction fees, if applicable.

Annual or Discounted Subscriptions:

Refunds are not possible for annual subscriptions or those purchased under special offers after the 7-day period.

Secondly: Exchange or Upgrade Policy

Upgrade Subscription:

Customers can upgrade or modify their subscription plan at any time, and the previously paid amount will be deducted from the cost of the new plan.

System Exchange Not Allowed:

Exchanging the system for another system outside the range of Sahal Tech Solutions products is not permitted.

Technical Issue Transfer:

In the event of a technical issue preventing the customer from using the system, they have the right to request a transfer of the subscription to another system from the same company, subject to technical inspection and prior approval from the support team.

Before requesting a refund or exchange, we encourage our customers to contact our support team to resolve any issues they may encounter. We believe that understanding and communication are the first steps to overcoming challenges.
